A human adult or animal is a creature that has developed to the fullest extent. In the human context an adult's term has meanings associated with moral and social concepts. Legal adults are those who is at the point of maturity. They are considered an independent, self-sufficient person, and responsible. You can refer to them as"major" or "major". It is generally accepted that the age at which a person can legally become an adult is 18. But, it can vary depending on legal rights and country and also on the psychological state.

If a person attains full physical and intellectual maturity this is called adulthood. It usually starts when a person reaches an age that is 21. The middle age stage, which begins around 40 years old, is followed by an ageing process that can last up to 60 years old. The three main stages of adulthood are early adulthood (from mid-30s through late-60s) and middle adulthood, from mid-30s until late-60s and then later adulthood, (mid-60s until the time of death). By the time we reach the age of early adulthood (20 to early 40s) the physical development is complete, although our height and weight may increase slightly. As we enter our early adulthood the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their best which includes muscular strength, reaction time as well as sensory capabilities, cardiac functioning.
