An adult is a human or other animal that is at the full growth.The biological meaning of the term refers to an animal reaching sexual maturity and thus capable of reproduction. In the context of humans, the word adult could mean anything that is related to legal or social ideas. Legal adult means a person has reached the age of maturity. They are defined as autonomous, self-sufficient, and responsible. A legal adult can be called a major. There is a general belief that the age at which a person legally matures is 18. But, it can differ based on the legal rights and countries as well as the development of the individual's psychological.

The stage of development for humans during which mental and physical maturity has been reached. The term "adulthood" is generally considered to begin at age 20 or 21. Middle age starts at around 40 years before being followed by an elderly age of 60. As we grow older, there are three distinct stages The first is early adulthood (18-30 years) and Middle Adulthood (30-60 years) and late adulthood (60%-60 60%). As we enter early adulthood the body is at its full physical maturity. But, the size and weight may increase. Physical capabilities peak when we are young adults. This is reflected in muscle strength in addition to reflex time, the sensors, and the heart's function.
